On Tuesday evening we left the mainland and caught our first ferry, over to the island of Pag. It’s famous throughout Croatia for sheep’s cheese and lace making. Our main reason for visiting was to stay in a fantastic Hotel we’d heard about with it’s very own Vineyard and a gourmet restaurant. We arrived too late for dinner the first night, and next day was the chef’s night off. So, we decided to stay another night, just so we could have dinner. And we made the most of the excellent wine in the meantime. The Boskinac didn’t disappoint.
