We had three nights in Colombo to get acclimatized and make the most of the restaurants and shops.  Then we caught the train up to Hatton - first class obviously darling!  This year we stayed at the Castlereigh bungalow which was beautiful.   The walking was great and we climbed Adams Peak for the second time.  Although I’m not sure what the pilgrims made of Jo throwing up into a bin halfway up the Holy Mountain! - Dodgy ginger beer.
